Western University and the City of London have an abundance of organizations and resources to help you live your best life. We've gathered up the best to come together to bring you tips, ideas and conversations on issues of health, wellness, safety and more.

Two ways to participate

Come to Alumni Hall May 14 - Western Employee Well-being, Living Well @ Western and our campus and community partners are hosting the Western Employee Health Fair on Wednesday, May 14 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. in Alumni Hall, room 201. Come out, meet and chat with our exhibitors about a variety of health-related topics that impact our physical and mental health.

Can’t make it on May 14? You can enjoy a self-guided review of the booths and materials on Thursday, May 15 and Friday, May 16 in the Support Services Building, main lobby (4th floor). The vendors will leave their information set up for to allow people a chance to review/tour the booths and pick up information/materials.

Enjoy some music and win prizes

Students from the Don Wright Faculty of Music Students will be providing live music and we'll be offering some light refreshments and snacks for to enjoy
