During the busiest times in the academic year, more than 14,000 people work at Western, including approximately 1,430 full-time faculty members and 2,750 full-time staff members. Western provides hundreds of employment opportunities for our students too—from hospitality services roles to campus sports and recreation, to campus tour guides and landscape service positions.
