Find Your ID & Password

When individuals are set up in My Human Resources, a Western ID number is established.

Most students are set up under their student number and can log in with their User ID and password used for student systems. 

Some students are set up under an employee ID number associated with a different User ID and password assigned in the past as an employee. Use this login information for My Human Resources. Or, if you no longer use this previous account, please use ASK HR to request that your HR record be converted to your student number and student User ID.

Get your User ID and Password (for signing in to My Human Resources). WTS Computer Accounts Office
Submit a ticket, or:

Location: Support Services Building, main floor right inside the front doors
Hours:  Mon. - Fri. 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

Your Western ID number
(see row below if you do not know your Western ID number); and personal  information to verify your identity.

If visiting in person, photo ID is required.
Get your Western ID number if you don't already have it on your Western ONE card.
