Register for Training

This page explains how to register for in-person training sessions at Western using My Human Resources.

Enroll in a Session

  1. Sign into "My Human Resources" (Use the Western User ID & Password associated with your My Human Resources account. Visit our "Find Your ID & Password" page if you require help.
  2. Select Training
  3. Select Enroll in Internal Training Courses
  4. Search by Course Name e.g. Radiation Safety - Nuclear, or search by Course Number e.g. RADIN
  5. Find your course and View Available Sessions
  6. Click on the session you plan to attend
  7. Click Continue
  8. Submit your registration
  9. Print the confirmation screen for your records

Transfer or Drop a Session

  1. Sign into "My Human Resources" (Use the Western User ID & Password associated with your My Human Resources account. Visit our "Find Your ID & Password" page if you require help.
  2. Select Training
  3. Find the course you wish to transfer or drop. Note: You cannot transfer or drop a course after the Last Enroll/Drop Date or if there are no available sessions.
  4. Select Transfer Session and choose a new session.
  5. Select Transfer Session next to the new session; or choose Cancel and
  6. Select Drop Session
  7. Select Yes to proceed with the transfer or drop; or select Cancel to remain enrolled.
